Please check that you have entered your information correctly and made the correct selection “Subscription customer” or “Corporate subscription customer”. We can only process your cancellation if your details have been entered correctly. If the information or selection is incorrect, the cancellation is invalid and your contract will continue to run.
If possible, always cancel your contract by the 22nd of the current month to avoid additional costs and effort. If you cancel your contract after the 22nd, the debit for the following month can unfortunately no longer be stopped for technical reasons. In this case, you do not have to initiate a chargeback, the money will be automatically refunded to your account.
