Our on demand product “flexible rides” by BVG Muva will end on 1st March 2025. The “lift replacement” service will continue and expand up from 1st March 2025.
BVG Muva gives you the opportunity to get to your destination spontaneously, safely and comfortably. Regardless of timetables, you can easily order your BVG Muva using the app or a phone. Our BVG Muva vehicles are algorithm based in order to find the most suitable and quickest route for you.

Individual service for you but with shared rides.
- Rides are combined, therefore you don’t ride alone but with people that can get on and off.
- A booking is necessary in order to pool rides and make them environmentally friendly.
- Pick-up and drop-off points are bus stations and virtual stops* in the service area that are quick and easy at reach.
*Virtual stops
Virtual stops are within 300 meters of reach from starting point and destination within the entire service area. The stops aren’t marked but will be shown on the app or described by a member of statt at the call center.
