Information about your data protection rights pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR
We want you to feel comfortable travelling with us. For your safety, to perform our duties, and to protect and enforce our property rights, our vehicles and buildings are equipped with CCTV technology*.
Video recordings are generally deleted after 48 hours, but may be passed on to the Berlin Police in individual cases for the prevention or prosecution of criminal offences.
We would like to draw your attention to your data protection rights, in particular the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right to erasure and restriction of processing of your data (Articles 17-18 of the GDPR), the right to object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 of the GDPR; the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
