Deutschlandticket as mobile ticket

Log in with the same e-mail address with which you received the order confirmation for your Deutschlandticket subscription.

1. Attention: The ticket is not available directly in the app after your order. Displaying the subscription in the app can take up to 48 hours.
2. After this period, the ticket will be downloaded as soon as you open the app. The ticket wallet is updated automatically in the background.
3. The ticket wallet can also be updated manually by swiping downwards.
