Valid in Berlin fare zone AB and issued to all school students with a valid Berlin student ID I*.

It costs you nothing

  • Free Berlin school student ticket for all Berlin school students with valid Berlin student ID I*.
  • Also for all children aged 6 and up who don’t yet attend a Berlin school. Requirement: school acceptance letter, school allocation, or deferment notification
  • Take along a bicycle, a dog, or a child under the age of 6 free of charge.

* School students who live in Berlin and go to school in Brandenburg should upload the following documents: a certificate of registration (or other official ID) containing your registered Berlin address and proof of school attendance from a state or state-recognised school in Brandenburg.
