If you’ve lost your school student ticket, you’ll need to report it by clicking the button below.
In this case, do not make a new application; if you already have a contract, it won’t be processed.
Lost your school student ticket? To report the loss of a school student ticket, please register under Abo Online or log in if you already have a BVG-Account.
1) Student is 18 years old and older: You can report your loss yourself. To do this, click on the "Report loss" button below and log in to your BVG-Account (if you have already registered with one of our apps, then you have a BVG-Account). If you do not yet have an BVG-Account, you will need to register there.
You need the following information:
If you already have a BVG-Account:
- customer number of the student
- current photo of the student
- bank details
If you need to register for the first time:
- customer number of the student
- date of birth of the student
- bank details
- current photo of the student
2) Student is younger than 18: In this case, the person legally representing the student must log in to the BVG-Account or register there.
The person legally representing the student needs:
- customer number of the student
- surname of the legally represented person
- date of birth of the legally represented person
- bank details of the legally represented person
- current photo of the student
Please note that there is a fee for issuing a replacement school student ticket.
