Lost your school student ticket?

Lost your school student ticket? To report the loss of a school student ticket, please register under Abo Online or log in if you already have a BVG-Account.

1) Student is 18 years old and older: You can report your loss yourself. To do this, click on the "Report loss" button below and log in to your BVG-Account (if you have already registered with one of our apps, then you have a BVG-Account). If you do not yet have an BVG-Account, you will need to register there.

You need the following information:

If you already have a BVG-Account:

  • customer number of the student
  • current photo of the student
  • bank details

If you need to register for the first time:

  • customer number of the student
  • date of birth of the student
  • bank details
  • current photo of the student

2) Student is younger than 18: In this case, the person legally representing the student must log in to the BVG-Account or register there.

The person legally representing the student needs:

  • customer number of the student
  • surname of the legally represented person
  • date of birth of the legally represented person
  • bank details of the legally represented person
  • current photo of the student

Please note that there is a fee for issuing a replacement school student ticket.
